University of Washington Engagement
After a few rainy spring days in Seattle, the weather cleared up and the cherry blossoms around the University of Washington’s Quad were blooming. For Rebecca and Jason, it was the perfect time for some engagement photos.
Wedding Day
A few months later, on wonderful late July day, Rebecca and Jason were married. They spent the day getting ready around the University District area, where Rebecca and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done at Headlines Salon in University Village.
Center for Urban Horticulture Wedding Details
With everyone ready to get the day’s festivities going, Rebecca and Jason headed to the Center for Urban Horticulture to put on the finishing touches, suit, and dress.

Finally, it was time for Jason to catch his first glimpse of Rebecca and her gorgeous wedding dress.

Goodfellow Grove Wedding Ceremony
It was time for Rebecca and Jason to be married. During their wedding ceremony, they chose to have a string trio perform.
Both avid cyclists, they built an archway out of decorated bicycle wheels to serve as a backdrop to their wedding venue.
They swapped rings…
…and sealed their marriage with a kiss!
Traditions and Reception
After the ceremony, Rebecca and Jason shared dinner with their wedding guests, then it was time for toasts from their close friends and family.
Rebecca and Jason shared their first dance in McVay Courtyard at the University of Washington Center for Urban Horticulture.
Then asked everyone else to join in and dance with them.
As their lively wedding day was coming to a close, Rebecca and Jason snuck out for a moment together to catch the glowing sunset. And with that, they were married!
